Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipeline 18'' at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-7) in Hyderabad. This tender is part of a larger development scheme involving multiple phases of pipeline installation and paving block construction across various UCs and villages including Tahir Soomro, Lalo Palari, Misri Rind Goth, Amardas Thakur, Marvi Town, Qasimabad, and others within Hyderabad district. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' & 12'' dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & others (Phases 1 to 8) - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' & 12'' dia at UC-154 Village Lalo Palari & Misri Rind Goth (Phases 1 to 6) - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' at UC-154 Village Amardas Thakur (Phases 1 to 8) - Installation of RCC pipeline 12'' dia at UC-157 Marvi Town - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phases 1 to 8) - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' at UC-153 Benazir Colony near Sehrish Nagar (Phases 1 to 8) - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' at UC-152 Phase-II Qasimabad (Phases 1 to 4) - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' at UC-127 Juneja Colony (Phases 1 to 7) - Installation of water supply line 6'' dia in various UCs of TMC Qasimabad & TMC Hussainabad (Phases 1 to 8) - Installation of RCC sewerage pipeline 18'' in UC-157 Samanabad Society (Phases 1 & 2) - Installation of 500 RFT water supply line 6'' dia in UC-157 at Samanabad Society - Installation of 2000 RFT RCC pipeline 24'' dia at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phases 1 to 7) - Providing paving block at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phases 1 to 7) - Installation of 3000 RFT RCC pipeline 24'' dia at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phases 1 to 10) - Installation of 2000 RFT RCC pipeline 18'' dia in UC-155 Village Sajan Detho TMC Qasimabad (Phases 1 to 5) - Construction & repair of paving block / CC block at various places in UC-145 TMC Qasimabad and UC-159 TMC Qasimabad (multiple phases) The technical scope includes excavation, laying, jointing, testing, and refilling for RCC pipelines of various diameters, as well as construction and repair of paving blocks. The work will be executed in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided by the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27 in the relevant category, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in the last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of required technical staff and equipment. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only by 26-10-2026 up to 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer before bid opening time. The contract period is 24 months with a defect liability period of minimum 24 months after completion. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder. The Hyderabad Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Bidders are advised to carefully review all terms and conditions and ensure timely and complete submission of bids.
