The works are to be executed in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided by Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in relevant category for 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board, NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects, financial soundness proof, affidavit of no blacklisting, and availability of technical staff and equipment.
