Installation of RCC Pipeline 18'' at Various UCs in Hyderabad Municipal Corporation

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipelines and related civil works across various Union Councils (UCs) in Hyderabad. The procurement covers multiple phases of pipeline installation including 18'' and 12'' diameter RCC pipelines, water supply lines of 6'' diameter, sewerage pipelines, and paving block construction at different locations such as UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro, UC-154 Village Lalo Palari & Misri Rind Goth, UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid, UC-153 Benazir Colony near Sehrish Nagar, UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro, and others within Hyderabad Municipal Corporation district. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' & 12'' diameter at multiple phases in UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro and others - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' diameter at UC-154 Village Lalo Palari & Misri Rind Goth (multiple phases) - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' diameter at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (multiple phases) - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' diameter at UC-153 Benazir Colony near Sehrish Nagar (multiple phases) - Installation of RCC pipeline 24'' diameter at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (multiple phases) - Installation of water supply line 6'' diameter in various UCs of TMC Qasimabad and TMC Hussainabad - Installation of RCC sewerage pipeline 18'' in UC-157 Samanabad Society - Construction and repair of paving blocks/CC blocks at various places in UCs 145 and 159 TMC Qasimabad The technical scope includes excavation, laying, jointing, testing of RCC pipes, refilling, and paving block construction as per specifications. The works are to be completed within 24 months from the date of commencement. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories for the year 2026-27, have active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, valid Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and sales tax certificates, and demonstrate experience with at least two similar completed and two ongoing projects. Submission of financial statements, affidavits regarding blacklisting and litigation, and availability of technical staff and equipment are mandatory.
