The works are to be executed with adherence to technical specifications and quality standards as per the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in relevant category for 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects, financial soundness proof, affidavit of no blacklisting, and availability of technical staff and equipment. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and bid security of 2% of estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee are mandatory.
