Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the installation of solar appliances across three offices in Nowshera, each equipped with an 08 KVA solar system. The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department requires expert contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council under the relevant category to undertake this solarization project.
The scope includes the supply and installation of solar power systems designed to meet the energy needs of the offices. The work involves handling electrical components, mounting solar panels, and ensuring system integration with existing infrastructure in Nowshera. Given the region's climate and terrain, contractors must consider environmental factors and ensure durable, efficient installations.
Bidders must hold a PEC category C-5 or above with expertise in solarization. Compliance with FBR and ATL registration is essential for eligibility. The project aligns with the 2025-26 fiscal year requirements, emphasizing quality and timely delivery. Earnest Money in the form of a 5% bid security is mandatory, payable via bank draft or pay order.
The submission deadline is set for 31 March 2026, with bids to be submitted online through the EPADS portal before the cutoff time. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The physical address for bid security submission is the office of the Divisional Forest Officer Wildlife, Nowshera.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your bid security reaches the office before 11:00 AM on the closing date to avoid disqualification. Also, verify your registration on EPADS early to prevent last-minute submission issues.
