The work includes all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to ensure fully functional solar lighting infrastructure. The project is expected to be completed as per work order timelines. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with PEC in relevant categories EE11 (Solar energy system), EE11(vi) Solar Installation, and EE11(vi) General electrical works, or ME06, ME07 for miscellaneous works. Valid registration with the Electrical Inspectorate of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Class A and B works, centralized enlistment with C&W Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and active registration with FBR, KPRA, PPIB, and SECP are mandatory. Bidders must submit earnest money as specified and comply with all bid security requirements. The last date for submission of electronic tender forms is 3rd August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM. Bidders should upload scanned copies of bid security and submit hard copies to the Assistant Director (Senior), LG&RDD Upper Mohmand office.
