Installation of Water Bore, Construction of Storage Tank and Community Water Tanks under Balochistan Special Development Initiative in Gwadar

The Public Health Engineering Division Gwadar invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of works under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative for the year 2026. The procurement includes installation and construction projects aimed at improving water supply infrastructure in Gwadar city and surrounding areas. Items being procured: - Installation of Water Bore at Kia Kalat under Balochistan Special Development Initiative (TSE-2627081165353) - Construction of 5 Lac Gallon Capacity Storage Tank for Watwe Supply Scheme Sur Banden Sub Division Gwadar (TSE-2627081162493) - Construction of 20 Community Water Tanks under Balochistan Special Development Initiative (TSE-2627081162243) The scope covers installation of water bore wells, construction of large capacity storage tanks, and community water tanks to enhance water availability and storage capacity. These works are critical for the development of Gwadar's water infrastructure under the special development program. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be present in the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration is mandatory. Bidders must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call.
