Request for Proposal for Integration of Online Payment Services

The National Information Technology Board (NITB) Islamabad invites qualified firms to submit proposals for the Integration of Online Payment Services. Amendments to the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be uploaded on the PPRA and NITB websites on 02.11.2026. The deadline for submission of bids has been extended to 17.11.2026 at 11:00 a.m., with technical proposals opening the same day at 11:30 a.m. Items being procured: - Integration of Online Payment Services This project involves the technical integration of secure online payment gateways with existing government platforms to facilitate efficient and transparent financial transactions. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in payment system integration, compliance with security standards, and capability to deliver within the stipulated timeframe. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR and inclusion on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms should also have prior experience with government or large-scale IT projects.
