Interior Décor Plan of Daycare at NUMS-KHINAMS

National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids through PPRA E-PADS on a Single Stage – Two Envelope basis from well-reputed, experienced, and financially sound firms/companies for the provision of Interior Décor Plan for Daycare at KHINAMS, Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Furniture - Books racks - Children kiosks - Mixed Playing equipment - Decorative 3D Items - Small Rugs - Blinds for windows - Crockery and cutlery sets The scope of work includes provision of the above items as part of the interior décor plan and establishment in government or private sector organizations/institutes. Bidders must have a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in interior décor planning. Registration with relevant tax authorities and active status on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for GST and Income Tax is mandatory. Bidders shall submit Technical and Financial Proposals in a single envelope. Technical proposals will be opened and evaluated first, followed by financial proposals of technically qualified bidders at a later date communicated officially. Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the total bid value (refundable) in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of NUMS (NTN # 9010197-0) must be submitted physically at NUMS, while a scanned copy must be uploaded on PPRA E-PADS before the closing date and time. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon submission of a Pay Order/Demand Draft of PKR 3,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of NUMS (NTN # 9010197-0) during working hours. Further information or clarification can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate NUMS. The last date for submission of bids is Thursday, 3rd September 2023 by 03:00 hours. Proposals shall be opened on the same day at/after 1000 hours in the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adyala Road (Opposite APS Humayun Road), Adjacent to Mark-e-Haq Colony, Rawalpindi, in the presence of participating bidders or their authorized representatives. Late, incomplete, or bids submitted through email or fax shall not be entertained. The bidding process shall be conducted through PPRA E-PADS, and interested bidders are required to ensure registration on the EPADS for participation. NUMS reserves the right to increase or decrease the scope of work or quantities as per requirement and to accept or reject any or all bids or cancel the tendering process at any stage in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely physical submission of the bid security and technical/financial proposals as per instructions, as late submissions or incomplete bids will be rejected outright.
