Internal Building Electrical and Civil Works of Head Office Extension at Sundar Industrial Estate

Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) invites bids for internal building electrical and civil works of the head office extension located at Sundar Industrial Estate, Sundar. This procurement is aimed at facilitating the industrial growth of Punjab by enhancing the infrastructure of PIEDMC's head office. Items being procured: - Internal building electrical works - Internal building civil works The scope includes all necessary electrical installations and civil construction activities required for the extension of the head office building. Contractors must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above and possess specialized codes CE10 and EE11, demonstrating experience in similar works. Bidding will be conducted under PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) on a single stage one envelope basis. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website, PIEDMC website, and Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) portal. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System for submission. E-bids must be completed, signed, stamped, and submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 18th September 2026 before 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM as per PPRA Rules. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order amounting to Rs. 155,339/- (2% of estimated cost) issued by Bank of Punjab (BOP) in favor of PIEDMC is mandatory. The original bid security must also be submitted digitally on the e-Procurement portal. Incomplete bids, late submissions, or bids without proper bid security will be rejected. Firms blacklisted by PIEDMC or PPRA or providing false information will have their bids cancelled and face punitive action. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure compliance with all requirements. Timely registration and submission on the e-Procurement portal is crucial to avoid disqualification.
