Internal Building Electrical & Civil Works of Head Office Extension at Sundar Industrial Estate

Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) invites bids for internal building electrical and civil works of the head office extension at Sundar Industrial Estate, Sundar, Lahore. This procurement is aimed at facilitating the industrial growth of Punjab by enhancing the infrastructure of PIEDMC's head office. Items being procured: - Internal building electrical works - Civil works of head office extension The scope includes specialized electrical and civil construction tasks at the Sundar Industrial Estate site. Contractors registered with PEC in category C-6 or above and specialized codes CE10 & EE11 with relevant experience are eligible to participate. Bidding will follow PPRA Rules 2014 on a single stage one envelope basis. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website, PIEDMC website, and Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). E-bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System by or before 03:00 PM on 18th September 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM as per PPRA rules. A bid security of Rs. 155,339 in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of PIEDMC is mandatory. The bid security must be issued exclusively by The Bank of Punjab (BOP) and submitted online. Incomplete bids, late submissions, or those without original bid security will be rejected. Firms blacklisted by PIEDMC or PPRA or providing false information will face punitive action. PIEDMC reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely online submission. Registering early on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal is recommended to avoid last-minute technical issues.
