Internal Office Partitioning and Miscellaneous Works at Mall of Islamabad

The National Seed Development and Regulatory Authority (NSDRA) Islamabad is procuring Internal Office Partitioning and other miscellaneous works at the Mall of Islamabad, Jinnah Avenue, Block J F-7/1 Blue Area, Islamabad. This project involves comprehensive civil and electrical works including aluminum glazed glass office partitions, construction of washrooms, mechanical HVAC shifting, miscellaneous electrical installations, and fabrication of workstations. The scope covers all allied civil, electrical, fixing, fitting, installation, finishing, and related works within the designated site boundaries. The technical scope includes providing and fixing modern aluminum single and double glazed glass office partitions with heavy-duty powder coated or anodized aluminum sections, toughened glass doors with hydraulic floor springs and stainless steel fittings, complete bathroom construction with brick masonry, ceramic tiles, waterproofing, sanitary fittings, plumbing, electrical wiring, and false ceilings. Mechanical scope involves shifting existing HVAC cassette units with all necessary disconnections, piping adjustments, refrigerant handling, and reinstallation. Electrical works cover wiring for light points, fan points, socket outlets, switchboards, distribution points, and installation of LED fittings with proper earthing and circuit testing. Workstations fabrication includes aluminum framing and glass panels with tables as per approved designs. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-3 or above with relevant specialization codes CE10 or CE11(ix). They must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess valid tax certificates including NTN, sales tax, and professional tax certificates for Rawalpindi/Islamabad division. Experience in similar renovation works of government buildings with a minimum project value of PKR 50 million is required. Bidders should submit a 3D design proposal along with their bids. The bid submission deadline and opening dates will be as per the official invitation for bids. Bids must be submitted through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) in two envelopes: Technical Bid and Price Bid.
