Internet Backup Connectivity for RUDA Head Office

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) Lahore invites sealed bids for the procurement of Internet Backup Connectivity specifically for RUDA Head Office. The procurement is for a 300 Mbps CIR Internet Backup Link to ensure uninterrupted internet service at the RUDA Head Office located in Lahore, Punjab. Items being procured: - 300 Mbps CIR Internet Backup Link for RUDA Head Office This procurement requires service providers to deliver a reliable internet backup link with a committed information rate of 300 Mbps. The technical scope includes installation and maintenance of the backup link at the RUDA Head Office premises situated at 151 Abu Bakar Block, Garden Town, Lahore. The service provider must ensure continuous connectivity and comply with all technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must possess valid registration and comply with applicable tax regulations including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments. Tender documents can be obtained from RUDA Procurement Department upon submission of a pay order/CDR of PKR 10,000/- (non-refundable) issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Ravi Urban Development Authority. The bid security required is PKR 300,000/- valid for 90 days beyond bid validity, submitted as pay order/CDR. The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per RUDA Procurement Regulations 2022 (amended). Sealed bids must be submitted at RUDA office on or before 27 July 2026 by 11:00 AM.
