Procurement of 70 Mbps Dedicated Internet Bandwidth (CIR) for One Year

The Directorate General of Literacy & Non-Formal Basic Education Punjab invites bids from eligible and technically capable service providers for the procurement of 70 Mbps Dedicated Internet Bandwidth (CIR) for a period of one year at its office in Lahore. Items being procured: - 70 Mbps Dedicated Internet Bandwidth (CIR) for One Year The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial Bids through the prescribed Punjab E-Procurement System. The contract service period is from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. The technical qualification threshold is 60 marks out of 100, in addition to mandatory technical compliance. The bid security required is Rs. 24,000/- (2% of estimated cost), payable through the digital banking facility of the Punjab E-Procurement System by generating the prescribed Payment Slip ID (PSID). The bid security must be deposited through prescribed banking channels within the stipulated time and linked with the respective tender through the PSID. Bidders must be registered on the E Procurement System and submit complete Technical and Financial Proposals online simultaneously. Technical proposals will be opened online on 18 November 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid closing at 11:00 AM the same day.
