Procurement of Internet Bandwidth for Livestock and Dairy Development Department

The Directorate of Planning and Evaluation, Livestock and Dairy Development Department (L&DD), Punjab, Lahore invites eligible bidders registered with income tax and sales tax departments and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) to submit e-bids for the procurement of Internet Bandwidth. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the internet connectivity for the Livestock and Dairy Development Department to support its operational and administrative functions. Items being procured: - Internet Bandwidth for Livestock and Dairy Development Department The bidding process follows the single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA 2014 rules. Bidders must submit bids online through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (EP Punjab) portal. Hard copies of bids are not required. A bid security amount of PKR 20,000 in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of Director Planning and Evaluation L&DD Punjab Lahore must accompany all bids. The original bid security must be submitted physically to the 4th Floor Livestock Complex, 16-Cooper Road Lahore before the bid submission deadline. Interested bidders can obtain further information from Mr. Imran Usman, DBA, Directorate of Planning and Evaluation, L&DD Punjab, during office hours 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of bid opening. In case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next working day will be treated as the closing date. The Directorate will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in the preparation or delivery of bids.
