The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the Renewal and Upgrade of Guard Square XTD RASP Solution. This procurement is conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Renewal and Upgrade of Guard Square XTD RASP Solution Bidders can immediately obtain bid documents from the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website after publication. Bids must be uploaded or submitted digitally on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 22-10-2026 at 11:00 am. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date/time to be announced subsequently. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost and must be paid or submitted through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options digitally via generate PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST Registration Certificates are required with the bids. The Bank of Punjab will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents.
