Termite Proofing and Renovation Works at Chashma Hydel Power Station

Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through Resident Engineer Chashma Hydel Power Station invites electronic bids from original contractors registered with income tax and sales tax department and on Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR and licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in appropriate category for works at Chashma Hydel Power Station Mianwali. Items being procured: - Termite proofing of residential and non-residential buildings at CHIP Colony Campus I & 2 - Renovation works at CHIP Colony Campus-I Chashma The scope includes termite proofing treatment and renovation of buildings at the power station campus. Contractors must be registered with PEC and FBR ATL. Earnest money in the form of CDR in favor of Resident Engineer Chashma Hydel Power Station WAPDA is required before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically via e-pad on or before the closing date of 26 October 2026 at 10:00 hrs. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 hrs. Tender security amounts are Rs. 29,549 for CPS/Civil-08 and Rs. 1,73,025 for CPS/Civil-10. Completion periods are 90 days and 120 days respectively.
