Procurement of Insulated (DOG & WASP) Conductor by Hazara Electric Supply Company Abbottabad

The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) in Abbottabad is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of Insulated Conductors under contract reference P145251 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - ACSR DOG Insulated Conductor, Quantity: 7 Km - AAC WASP Insulated Conductor, Quantity: 5.6 Km The conductors must comply with WAPDA/NTDC specifications DD-PD-67:95 (amended) for ACSR DOG and DD-PD-44:91 for AAC WASP. Delivery is to be made free to HAZECO Regional Store Abbottabad within 90 days. The technical scope includes supply of insulated or covered wire conductors suitable for electric supply networks. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR (NTN) and have prior experience with DISCOs or WAPDA formations for similar or higher rated materials. Bid security of PKR 169,000 is required in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee.
