Tender Description
The District & Sessions Judge Abbottabad is procuring a range of IT and security equipment for its offices in Abbottabad and Tehsil Courts Havelian. This procurement includes items such as color printers, NAS disk stations, NAS drives, firewall license renewals, software subscriptions (Radmin, VNC, etc.), scanners, Ruckus AP & watchdog controllers, joysticks for PTZ cameras, power budgeted switches, PTZ cameras, fire extinguishers (ABC dry chemical powder and CO2 gas), water dispensers, A/C inverters, DSLR camera, and IP cameras.
The scope covers supply, installation, and configuration on a turnkey basis, ensuring the bidder/firm handles all technical and installation aspects. The procurement is managed by the District & Sessions Judge Abbottabad, a key judicial department in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must be registered with KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) EPADS and must be active taxpayers on the FBR ATL list. Earnest money/bid security at 2% of the quoted value is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of District & Sessions Judge Abbottabad. Technical bids must include an affidavit confirming the original CDR is sealed and placed in the financial bid envelope.
The tender documents must reach the office by 11:00 am on 11th May 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 noon in the Conference Room of District Courts Abbottabad. All taxes including income tax and GST will be deducted as per rules. The procuring authority reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as per budget and may cancel or postpone the procurement without assigning reasons.
