Procurement of Laboratory Diagnostic Materials and Consumables

PPHI Sindh invites sealed bids for the procurement of laboratory diagnostic materials and consumables under Rule 42(c) of SPPRA 2017. This procurement is intended to support the diagnostic and laboratory services at various health facilities managed by PPHI Sindh. Interested suppliers and authorized dealers are encouraged to participate in this competitive process. Items being procured: - Laboratory diagnostic materials and consumables (as per detailed specifications in the tender documents) The technical scope includes the supply of high-quality laboratory consumables and diagnostic materials suitable for use in healthcare settings. Bidders must ensure that all items meet the required standards and are delivered in accordance with the specifications provided by PPHI Sindh. The procurement is for use at multiple health facilities, with the main office located at Office No. 2, Block C-27/1, Clifton, Near Shireen Jinnah Colony, Karachi. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Earnest Money equivalent to 1% of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of PPHI Sindh. Bidders are required to submit their bids in sealed envelopes to the address mentioned above by 13 October 2026, 4:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 4:30 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.
