Procurement of General Store Items (FY-2026/27) by Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi

The Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of General Store Items for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement follows the Single Stage, Two Envelope Process as per PPRA regulations. The items are to be supplied to the Pakistan Army and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered firms are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - 1-Z-FOLD Hemostatic Gauze Dressing (Nos) The technical specifications and detailed schedule of requirements are provided in the annexures attached to the tender documents. Bidders must submit two separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL along with a separate envelope for VENDOR'S PROFILE / QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS. All documents must be properly filled and submitted before 1300 hrs on 9 Oct 2026 at the Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi, Fort Road, Rawalpindi Cantonment. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated bid value is mandatory and must be deposited within five working days of intimation by COD Rwp. Failure to submit complete documents or bid security will lead to rejection. Procurement is planned within the Current Financial Year and quantities may be amended at the time of order placement. Interested firms must obtain tender documents from the Local Purchase Office, COD Rawalpindi during working hours. The tender opening will be held on 9 Oct 2026 at 1100 hours in the Conference Room of Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi with bidders' representatives in attendance.
