Tender Description
The National Logistic Corporation (NLC) invites qualified vendors to participate in the procurement of LAN deployment at the NLC Campus Harraka on FOR Rawalpindi basis. This tender is specifically for the supply, installation, and commissioning of LAN infrastructure equipment and related services at the specified location. Items being procured include:
- Cat 6 Cable (355 meters as per actual)
- I/O modules (18 units)
- RJ-45 Connector (1 box)
- Face Plate, Single Shutter (18 units)
- Patch Panel loaded with I/Os (4 units)
- Ethernet Patch Cord 1m (36 units)
- OFC Patch Cord SC-LC 3m (5 units)
- ODF 24P with Couplers (1 unit)
- ODF 4P with Couplers (3 units)
- Cable Manager (4 units)
- Network Cabinet 9U with PDU, fan & lock (4 units)
- Duct Patti 16*16 mm (60 meters)
- Duct Patti 16*25 mm (60 meters)
- PVC Pipe (60 feet)
- HDPE Pipe 2" (1250 meters)
- OFC 12 Core (1250 meters)
- OFC 4 Core (125 meters)
- Access Point (15 units)
- POE Switch 8 Port (SFP) (4 units)

- Services including installation, OFC/CAT 6 laying, ducting, splicing/termination, civil works, testing, commissioning, and complete end-to-end implementation (1 job).
The technical scope covers supply of branded, brand new equipment compliant with specified standards, installation at the NLC Campus Harraka, and full commissioning. The bidder must be an authorized OEM or authorized dealer/reseller with OEM authorization letter and sustained financial capability. The bid qualification criteria include tender fee, bid security, NTN/STRN registration, compliance certificates, technical data, and offer validity of 90 days. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. The delivery period is within 60 days after issuance of Letter of Acceptance. Pre-delivery and final inspections will be conducted by NLC.
Tender fee of Rs 2,000 and bid security of Rs 100,000 are required in the form of bank drafts in favor of National Logistic Corporation HQ Main Account. Performance bank guarantee of 5% of contract value is required from the successful bidder. Warranty of minimum one year or OEM warranty applies.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes separately for technical and commercial offers at HQ NLC, Harding Road Near AFIRM Rawalpindi by hand or post before the deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained. The evaluation will be based on technical compliance and financial competitiveness. Payment will be made after delivery, installation, and final inspection.
