Procurement of Land Plots for NADRA Offices in Punjab Cities

NADRA invites sealed bids from property owners, authorized agents, and real estate firms for the procurement of land plots to establish new NADRA offices in various cities across Punjab. The procurement is being conducted through open competitive bidding, and all interested parties are encouraged to participate by submitting their offers as per the requirements outlined in the notice. Items being procured: - Plot in Rawalpindi City (Murree Road or Peshawar Road, Tehsil & District Rawalpindi), 2 kanals - Plot in Rawat City (Tehsil Islamabad/Rawalpindi, District Islamabad/Rawalpindi), 1 kanal - Plot in Chakwal City (Tehsil & District Chakwal), 1 kanal - Plot in Jhelum City (Tehsil & District Jhelum), 1 kanal - Plot in Wah Cantt City (Tehsil Taxila & District Rawalpindi), 1 kanal - Plot in Gujrat City (Tehsil & District Gujrat), 1 kanal - Plot in Taxila City (Tehsil Taxila & District Rawalpindi), 1 kanal - Plot in Attock City (Tehsil & District Attock), 1 kanal - Plot in Lala Musa City (Tehsil Kharian & District Gujrat), 1 kanal - Plot in Bakra Mandi (Main Chakri Road, Tehsil & District Rawalpindi), 1 kanal The technical scope requires that the offered plots must be free from encumbrances, have clear title, and be suitable for the construction of NADRA offices. Plots should be located in accessible areas as specified for each city. Bidders must provide all relevant ownership documents and meet the eligibility criteria as per PPRA Rules 2004. Only those registered with FBR and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order is required as per the tender document. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS V2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on 14 October 2026. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at NADRA Headquarters, Islamabad.
