Tender Description
Tourism Development Corporation Punjab (TDCP) invites bids for the landscape development of the TDCP Resort located at Dharabi Lake, District Chakwal. This opportunity is open to well-reputed firms registered on the Punjab Electronic Procurement System (PEPS) with valid and active NTN and PRA registrations. The project falls under the financial year 2026-2027, with a completion deadline of 30th June 2027.
Items being procured:
- Landscape Development of TDCP Resort, Dharabi Lake, District Chakwal (Estimated Cost: Rs. 30 Million)
The scope of work includes comprehensive landscaping of the resort premises, which may involve earthworks, plantation, horticultural improvements, installation of irrigation systems, walkways, and other civil works necessary to enhance the aesthetic and functional value of the resort. Bidders must ensure compliance with all applicable PPRA and TDCP procurement rules, including submission of a certificate for non-blacklisting and adherence to the single-stage single-envelope bidding procedure.
Eligible bidders must submit their bids electronically via PEPS by 24-06-2024, not later than 11:00 AM. The bid security is set at Rs. 600,000 in the form of CDR, unconditional bank guarantee, or pay order, amounting to 2% of the estimated cost, in favor of Tourism Development Corporation Punjab. All required documents, including the bid security, must be uploaded on PEPS and a hard copy submitted to the office of the Project Director, PMU-TDCP, Lahore, before the bid submission deadline.
Firms must attach their registration certificates, valid NTN, PRA, and proof of non-blacklisting. The contractor will be responsible for all applicable taxes at the time of payment release.
