Laying of C.C Paver Blocks from Mehran Veterinary Store to Bemisal Dairy Shop and Adjacent Streets at Sukhiya Goth UC-03

The Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, Karachi East, invites bids for the comprehensive civil works involving the providing and laying of cement concrete (C.C) paver blocks from Mehran Veterinary Store to Bemisal Dairy Shop including Noorani Medical Store and adjacent streets such as Hassan Burfat Wali Gali, Raees Burfat Wali Gali, Mir Burfat Wali Gali, and Qadir Bux Burfat Wali Gali in Sukhiya Goth UC-03. This project is part of the annual development plan for fiscal year 2025-2026 and aims to improve the infrastructure and accessibility within the area. The technical scope includes dismantling existing plain concrete, earth excavation, carriage of materials, providing and laying aggregate base course, fixing cement paving blocks with specified strength and natural colors, kerb stone installation, manufacturing and supplying precast RCC ring slabs and manhole covers, and shifting and fixing damaged manhole components. The work is to be completed within 12 months from the commencement date. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category, possess valid Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN certificate, and professional tax registration. Experience of at least five years with similar nature works is required, including at least one project of 80% of the estimated cost or two projects each of 50% of the estimated cost. Financial turnover of at least PKR 4 million over the last five years is mandatory. The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Superintendent Engineer, Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000. Bids must be submitted online through the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) portal by 10:30 AM on 29-06-2026. The bids will be opened on 30-06-2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the same office. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a pay order is required with the bid submission. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids, ensuring all required documents and bid security are included to avoid disqualification. It is practical to visit the site beforehand to understand the scope and conditions, and to prepare a realistic bid. Timely submission and adherence to SPPRA rules will ensure smooth participation in this tender.
