Laying, Fixing and Maintenance of Optical Fiber Cable Network in Karachi

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Karachi Directorate is procuring comprehensive services for laying, hanging, fixing, and maintenance of Optical Fiber Cable Network under a Closed Framework Agreement. This contract is initially for one year, extendable on mutual consent, and covers the entire Karachi division. Firms must not be blacklisted and should have an established office in Karachi with a minimum financial turnover of PKR 5 million in each of the last two financial years. Bidders must also submit notarized affidavits confirming no business relations or manufacturing links with Israel or India.
