LEASE: Disposal and Outsourcing of Solid Waste at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the lease and disposal of solid waste at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore. The concession is offered for a period of five (05) years or until finalization, whichever is earlier, with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. The reserve price for the concession is Rs. 136,894/-. Only bids higher than the reserve price will be entertained. Items being leased: - Disposal of Airport Solid Waste The concession involves outsourcing the solid waste management services at the airport premises. Interested bidders must have relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. The technical evaluation will carry 80% weightage. Tender forms can be obtained from the office of the Sr. Dy. Director Commercial, AIIAP Lahore, upon submission of a written request along with CNIC and NTN certificates and payment of Rs. 5,000/- non-refundable fee via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Tender documents, including separate sealed Technical and Financial offers, must be submitted in one envelope clearly mentioning the subject tender. Documents are to be dropped in the designated box at the office of Airport Manager/COO, AIIAP Lahore by the specified date and time. Late submissions will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened half an hour after the box is desealed in the presence of bidders. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per section 236-A of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001. Bidders with outstanding dues to PAA are not eligible. Submission of fake documents or pay orders will lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
