LEASE: Pakistan Railways Lahore Division Godowns

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Railways, Lahore Division invites eligible parties to lease railway godowns located at Badami Bagh, Lahore. The auction will be conducted through sealed bidding on 20 August 2026 at the Divisional Superintendent Office, Lahore. Each lease period is 05-05 years. All godowns are listed for godown use under IOW/LHR and LHR-SDR jurisdiction. Bidders must submit a non-refundable **Rs. 5,000** participation fee per document and a fixed **Rs. 5,000** bid security for each godown through CDR in favour of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Lahore, or by M.R. Advance rent equals 50% of annual rent quoted. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes to the DS Office, Lahore, between **10:00 AM and 02:00 PM on 20 August 2026**. Eligibility and tax requirements should be verified before bidding. Practical tip: inspect the selected godown and clearly mark its number on the envelope.
