LEASE: Safari Park Gate Fee, Parking and Playland Rights 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. **Malakand Wildlife Division, Wildlife Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa** invites sealed tenders from registered firms and authorised dealers for annual lease or concession rights at the Safari Park under Malakand Wildlife Division for the 2026-27 period. This is a revenue-generating concession arrangement: the successful bidder will operate the allotted activity and collect the applicable user charges in accordance with the contract, while complying with departmental directions and applicable government taxes. Printed lots and activities are: Lot I: collection of gate-entry fee, one annual concession; Lot II: Public Park activity or rights, one annual concession, with the scanned wording partially unclear; Lot III: car-parking rights, one annual concession; and Lot IV: children playland rights, one annual concession. No separate reserve price is clearly legible for each lot. The notice shows **Rs. 12,000** in the damaged schedule, apparently connected with the annual 2026-27 arrangement; bidders should verify its lot-wise applicability, whether it is call deposit or another prescribed amount, directly from the tender form. Tender documents containing the detailed terms may be obtained during office hours from the Malakand Wildlife Division office on payment of a non-refundable tender-form fee of **Rs. 200**. Interested participants must submit a sealed tender along with call deposit in the prescribed value, issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Divisional Forest Officer, Malakand Wildlife Division. Firms must provide registration evidence with relevant government tax authorities, copies of tax registration documents, company letterhead application and proprietor CNIC. Relevant field experience is mandatory. The successful bidder must pay all applicable government taxes and execute a written agreement with the undersigned. Sealed tenders must reach the office by **25 August 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM before the committee in the presence of bidders or their authorised representatives. Incomplete, incorrectly completed or overwritten forms may be rejected. The department may cancel a contract for unsatisfactory performance in the public interest.
