LEASE: School Canteen Contract for Workers Welfare School Layyah (2026-2027)

Punjab Workers Welfare Fund is inviting sealed offers for the lease of the school canteen at Workers Welfare School Layyah for the academic year 2026-2027. The school serves approximately 600 students, and the canteen contract is being offered to suitable and experienced individuals or parties. Interested bidders are required to submit a written application along with all necessary supporting documents, including proof of experience and registration, during office hours. Items being leased: - School canteen contract for Workers Welfare School Layyah (serving approximately 600 students) for the period up to 2 September 2026 Applicants must deposit a non-refundable application fee of 500 Rupees. The deadline for submission of proposals is 2 September 2026 at 10:00 AM. The auction/lease process will commence at 10:30 AM on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives. All bidders must submit a refundable CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) of 5000 Rupees along with their application. The successful party will be required to sign a formal agreement with the Principal. The Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason. For bidders, it is advisable to ensure all required documents, including the CDR and application fee, are complete and submitted well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
