Lease of Shops and Stalls at Rajanpur District Council

Items being leased: - Shop No. 1 to 7 at Tehsil Rajanpur with a reserve price of Rs. 15,000 and earnest money Rs. 10,000 - Shop No. 1 to 7 at Tehsil Rajanpur with a reserve price of Rs. 10,000 and earnest money Rs. 10,000 - Shop No. 1 to 7 at Tehsil Rajanpur with a reserve price of Rs. 34,166 and earnest money Rs. 20,000 - Western Standard General Store and Cloth Shop with a reserve price of Rs. 160,000 and earnest money Rs. 20,000 - Zardkhana and Fitness Shop with a reserve price of Rs. 38,333 and earnest money Rs. 10,000 Additional shops: - Shops No. 1,2,3,4,5,6 at Hajji Market with monthly rent Rs. 6,050 and earnest money Rs. 10,000 - Shops No. 1 to 13 at Market Complex with monthly rent Rs. 4,840 and earnest money Rs. 10,000 - Shops No. 1 to 6 at Shakar Pur with monthly rent Rs. 4,840 and earnest money Rs. 10,000 - Shops No. 7 at Market Complex Rajanpur with monthly rent Rs. 8,470 and earnest money Rs. 10,000 The lease period is for five years. The auction is open to all eligible bidders who comply with the local government regulations. Earnest money must be submitted in the form of a bank draft or pay order. The highest bidder will be awarded the lease subject to approval by the competent authority. The District Council reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
