LEASE: University Shop for Stationery, Fine Arts, Photography at FJWU Campus-I

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Fatima Jinnah Women University, located at The Mall, Rawalpindi, is offering a unique opportunity for interested parties to lease a university shop situated within the premises of Campus-I. The university invites sealed bids for renting or leasing out the following shop: Items being leased: - Stationery Items/ Fine Arts/ Photography Shop (Size: 18 feet by 12 feet) - 1 No The minimum annual rent for the shop is set at Rs1,206,000. Bidders are required to submit a bid security amounting to 5 percent of the estimated annual rent, which equals Rs60,300. Only those bidders who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and are active taxpayers will be considered. Economic soundness and relevant experience are also mandatory for eligibility. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 13th August 2026 in the Purchase Office at Campus-I of Fatima Jinnah Women University. Tender documents can be accessed free of cost from the Punjab PPRA website or the university website after uploading or publication of the tender notice. All bids must be submitted in the Tender Box placed in the office of the undersigned between 0800 hours and 1100 hours on 24th August 2026. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours. In case the last date falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered for bid opening. Bidders must ensure that the earnest money is deposited in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi. No cross cheques, bank challans, or cash will be accepted. For a successful bid, technical compliance and the highest evaluated bid in light of clause 31 of the tender document will be accepted.
