LEASE: University Shop (One Dollar Shop/Gift Shop) at FJWU Campus-I Rawalpindi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Fatima Jinnah Women University, located at The Mall, Rawalpindi, is inviting sealed bids for the renting/leasing of a university shop at its Campus-I premises. The opportunity is for the following property: - One Dollar Shop/Gift Shop (Size: 18 feet x 12 feet) – 1 No The minimum annual rent for the shop is set at Rs. 366,000, and the required bid security is 5 percent of the annual contract amount, which amounts to Rs. 18,300. All interested bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must possess an active tax filer status. Only economically sound and experienced bidders will be considered. The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any stage prior to acceptance, with or without assigning reasons. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 17th August 2026 at the Purchase Office, Campus-I of FJWU. Bidders are required to submit earnest money in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi. Bids without the required earnest money will not be entertained. Crossed cheques, bank challans, cash, or any other instruments will not be accepted. Tender documents can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab PPRA website or the university website after the publication of this notice. The procurement method is Single Stage – Single Envelope. Bids must be dropped in the Tender Box at the office of the undersigned between 0800 and 1100 hours on 26th August 2026. No bids will be received after 1100 hours. In case the last date falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered for bid opening. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours. A practical tip: Ensure your bid security is exactly 5 percent of the annual rent and submit your bid well before the 1100 hours deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
