Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for leasing a site for the development of an Educational Institute along with allied facilities. This opportunity is located at Margalla Station Yard Plot A in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The lease period is 21 years, extendable for another similar term, with an annual rent increase compounded at 8%. Bidders must have valid registration with Federal or Provincial Department for students and submit bids quoting against the benchmark annual rental and one-time non-refundable commitment fee. The bid security required is PKR 3 million, with a benchmark commitment fee of PKR 56 million and annual rental benchmark of PKR 10 million.
