Tender Description
Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for leasing a site for the development of an Educational Institute along with allied facilities at Margalla Station Yard Plot A, Rawalpindi. This tender is specifically for the leasing of the site with a period of 21 years, extendable for another similar term, and includes an annual rent increase at 8% compound rate. The mobilization period is twenty-four months from the date of possession.

- Leasing of site at Margalla Station Yard Plot A (25,200 Sqft)
The site location and Google imagery are available on www.redamco.com. The area is subject to actual measurement at possession. Bidders must quote offers against the benchmark Annual Rental and one-time non-refundable Commitment Fee as specified. The bidding process follows PPRA Rules 2004. Bids must be submitted on REDAMCO's prescribed bid forms, downloadable from www.redamco.com and the PPRA website. Bids should be sealed with the site name marked on the top right corner of the envelope and include bid security in favor of REDAMCO.
Eligibility requires valid registration with Federal or Provincial Department for students. The technical and financial bids will be opened on 03-08-2026 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office, Islamabad. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15-07-2026 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office or via Zoom.
