Tender Description
The Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (REDAMCO), under the Ministry of Railways, Islamabad, invites sealed bids for the leasing of Pakistan Railway land for the development of an educational institute along with allied facilities. This tender is specifically for the development project located in Islamabad, managed by REDAMCO.

The scope of work includes the provision of land lease and the subsequent development of an educational institute with all necessary allied facilities. The project requires bidders to have experience in property development and educational infrastructure projects. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
