Procurement of Title Covers for Jackets, Textbooks, Tarjuma-Tul-Quran-Ul-Majeed for Grades VI to X, Tajweedi Qaida for Grade I and Tajweedi Paras of the Holy Quran for Grades II to V for Academic Session 2027-28

Punjab Education Curriculum Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA), Lahore invites e-bids for printing, lamination and supply of title covers for jackets, textbooks, Tarjuma-Tul-Quran-Ul-Majeed for Grades VI to X, Tajweedi Qaida for Grade I and Tajweedi Paras of the Holy Quran for Grades II to V for the academic session 2027-28. The procurement is in accordance with the demand of Programme Monitoring and Implementation Unit - Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PMIU-PESRP), Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) and Punjab Education Initiative Management Authority (PEIMA). Items being procured: - Title covers for jackets - Title covers for textbooks - Title covers for Tarjuma-Tul-Quran-Ul-Majeed for Grades VI to X - Title covers for Tajweedi Qaida for Grade I - Title covers for Tajweedi Paras of the Holy Quran for Grades II to V The quantities are approximately 14.4 million units with a total estimated price of Rs. 174 million. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and possess adequate experience in the relevant field. The bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure as per Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules, 2014 (Amended upto date). The bid security is 2% of the estimated price and must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Technical and financial bids must be submitted only through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Physical submission of coated bleached board samples and testing fee is required at the Committee Room of PECTAA Office, 21/ E-II, Gulberg-III, Lahore before the deadline. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Committee Room of PECTAA Office, 21/ E-II, Gulberg-III, Lahore on Tuesday, 20 October 2026 at 11:30 a.m. Bids must be submitted on or before Friday, 30 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. The bid shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.
