Procurement of Jackets and Textbooks for Grades VI to X for Academic Session 2027-28

Punjab Education Curriculum Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA), Lahore invites e-bids for printing, binding and supply of jackets and textbooks for Grades VI to X for the academic session 2027-28. This procurement is in accordance with the demand of Programme Monitoring and Implementation Unit - Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PMIU-PESRP), Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) and Punjab Education Initiative Management Authority (PEIMA). Eligible bidders include printers, publishers, firms, companies, joint ventures, groups, consortiums, AOPs, and sole proprietors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments possessing adequate experience in the relevant field. Items being procured: - Jackets for Grades VI to X - Textbooks for Grades VI to X The procurement involves printing, binding, and supply of these items as per detailed terms and conditions available on the websites of PPRA, PECTAA, and the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). The estimated quantity is approximately 12.4 million units with a total estimated price of Rs. 1.47 Billion. Bidders must submit online Technical and Financial Bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) accompanied by the required bid security of 2% of the estimated price deposited electronically. Paper samples and original instruments of paper testing fee must be submitted physically at the Committee Room of PECTAA Office, 21/E-II, Gulberg-III, Lahore well before the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Committee Room of PECTAA Office, 21/E-II, Gulberg-III, Lahore on Tuesday, 20 October 2026 at 12:30 p.m. The bid submission deadline is Thursday, 29 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m., and bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR/ATL, relevant PEC category, and experience in similar printing and supply contracts. Earnest money in the form of bid security is mandatory.
