Procurement of Jackets and Textbooks for Grades VI to X for Academic Session 2027-28

The Punjab Education Curriculum Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA) Lahore invites e-bids for the printing, binding, and supply of jackets and textbooks for Grades VI to X for the academic session 2027-28. This procurement is in line with the requirements of the Programme Monitoring and Implementation Unit - Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PMIU-PESRP), Punjab Education Foundation (PEF), and Punjab Education Initiative Management Authority (PEIMA). Items being procured: - Jackets for Grades VI to X - Textbooks for Grades VI to X The procurement involves printing and binding services along with the supply of these educational materials. Eligible bidders include printers, publishers, firms, companies, joint ventures, groups, consortiums, AOPs, and sole proprietors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possessing relevant experience in this field. The bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules, 2014 (Amended). Bidders must submit online Technical and Financial Bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) with the required bid security of 2% of the estimated price in Pak Rupees, deposited electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Paper samples and original instruments of paper testing fees must be physically submitted in the tender box at the Committee Room of PECTAA Office, 21/ E-II, Gulberg-III, Lahore before the bid submission deadline. The bid submission deadline is on or before Thursday, 29 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 a.m. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, 20 October 2026 at 12:30 p.m. at the PECTAA Office. Bids remain valid for 90 days from the date of Technical Bid opening. Bidders are advised to ensure timely uploading of bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System and to attend the bid opening meeting if desired. The rates should include all applicable taxes and supply at the designated Godown of PECTAA, PMIU, PEF, PEIMA, and other organizations at Lahore. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all bid security and paper sample submissions are completed well before the deadline to avoid disqualification due to late submissions.
