The project involves multiple work items at different progress levels; some are completed, some partially done, and some not yet started. Bidders are advised to visit the site to assess the actual physical status before submitting bids. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board as active taxpayers, Pakistan Engineering Council registration with relevant PEC codes CE09, CE10 & EE04, and an electrical license for Hyderabad region. Bidders must have at least 5 years of experience in similar services in Higher Education Institutions and large public sector organizations. Annual turnover requirements are Rs. 150 million for this work. Bidders must not be blacklisted and must submit an affidavit to that effect.
