Procurement of Licensed Software MS Office 365 Business Standard

The Economic Transformation Initiative - Gilgit Baltistan (ETI-GB) invites sealed bids from authorized distributors, dealers, and partners for the procurement of licensed software MS Office 365 Business Standard in Gilgit. This procurement is financed by the Government of Pakistan through the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS). Items being procured: - MS Office 365 Business Standard (detailed specifications and quantity are provided in the bidding documents). Bidders are requested to obtain the bidding documents or RFQ free of cost from the office of the Procurement Officer PCU ETI-GB during office hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm). The online bidding documents will also be emailed upon request. All bids must be prepared according to the instructions in the bidding documents and delivered to the undersigned by 11:30 am on or before October 07, 2026. The public opening of quotations will take place at 12:00 noon on the same day in the committee room of ETI-GB office Gilgit. A bid security of 3% of the bid price in the form of a Bank Draft from a scheduled bank in favor of Programme Coordination Unit Gilgit must accompany all bids. Bids received after the deadline or with incorrect pay order names will be summarily rejected. If the last date falls on a holiday or weekend, the next working day will be considered the deadline. This procurement follows the RFQ set out in the GBPPRA/IFAD Project Procurement Handbook accessible via www.gbppra.gov.pk and www.ifad.org/project-procurement.
