Tender Description
The Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN), Government of Sindh invites bids for the supply and installation of Liquid Medical Oxygen Plants, Compressed Medical Oxygen, and Nitrous Medical Oxide Gas for multiple SICHN sites including Karachi, Sukkur, Azam Basti, Sobhraj, Shaheed Benazirabad, and Larkana. The contract includes supply, installation, supervision, monitoring, and maintenance of medical gas systems with a one-year service period. Bidders must have valid registrations and demonstrate experience with hospital gas supply, compliance with pharmacopoeia standards, and provide quality certifications.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by December 26, 2025, accompanied by a 2% bid security of the estimated procurement value per lot. The procurement will be evaluated on a lot-wise basis with the lowest evaluated bidder awarded the contract. The contract requires fixed prices inclusive of all taxes and duties, with delivery and installation at specified hospital sites. The vendor is responsible for maintenance, calibration, and uninterrupted supply of lifesaving medical gases throughout the contract period.
