Local Purchase of General Stores, Clothing and Miscellaneous Items 1st Half FY 2026/2027

Ordnance Depot Kashmore invites suppliers for the local purchase of General Stores, Clothing and Miscellaneous Items for the first half of the financial year 2026/2027. This procurement is specifically for Kashmore and managed by the Ordnance Depot Kashmore department. Items being procured: - General Stores - Clothing - Miscellaneous Items The tender documents detail the required stores and items as per Annex A, which can be obtained from the depot during working hours from 24 July 2026 to 28 July 2026. The scope includes supply of brand new items meeting the depot’s specifications and samples available for guidance. Firms may be asked to provide samples to assess quality and functionality. The delivery period is expected within 15-20 days after issuance of the purchase order. Eligibility requires submission of earnest money in the form of Rs 5000 CDR per tender. Quotations must be submitted on duly stamped and signed firm letterhead in hard copy. Quotations must be valid until 30 December 2026 and inclusive of all government taxes such as GST and income tax. The tender opening will be held on 10 August 2026 at 1400 hrs, with submission deadline at 1000 hrs the same day. Late quotations will not be accepted. Bidders should carefully study the specifications and inquire before quoting to avoid rejection due to discrepancies or overwriting. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all quotations as per PPRA rules.
