Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration as of June 2026 in the relevant category for bids exceeding PKR 4 million, active registration with FBR and SRB with ATL status, and a minimum average annual turnover of PKR 50 million over the last three years. Bidders must also provide audited financial statements, income tax returns, bank statements, and evidence of similar work experience in the last three years. Ownership or rental documents for machinery and equipment are required, along with an affidavit on e-stamp regarding non-blacklisting and no litigation involvement.
