Procurement of Machinery

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, and firms for procurement of machinery under Tender No. IT-7165. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with applicable PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules. Mandatory item or lot list: Sr. 1, Tender No. IT-7165, nomenclature: Procurement of Machinery; A/U and quantity: attached at Annexure A; delivery period: six months after signing of the contract. The notice does not reproduce the individual machinery specifications, quantities, units, or lot breakdown, so bidders must obtain and study the complete tender documents and Annexure A before preparing their offers. Eligible bidders must hold a valid National Tax Number and Sales Tax Registration where applicable, and must satisfy the eligibility requirements in the Standard Bidding Document. The submission checklist requires registration, pre-qualification, or indexation documentation issued by HIT, DGP, MoDP, a government, or semi-government organization where available; attested Sales Tax and NTN certificates; audited financial statements for the last three financial years; an attested bank statement for the last year; and an attested CNIC of the chief executive or director. Bidders must also provide evidence of the trade link with the original equipment manufacturer where acting as a distributor or agent, documentary evidence of relevant contracts or government and semi-government experience during the last three financial years, and a judicial-paper certificate worth **Rs 100** confirming that the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred. The tender document collection deadline is **02 September 2026 at 1030 hours**. Sealed technical and financial bid documents must be submitted by **02 September 2026 at 1100 hours**. A postal order of **Rs 2000** must accompany the technical bid in favour of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila.
