Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the supply of maintenance services for the ARDIC Internal Sharing Server as detailed in Appendix A to Anx A. The procurement will be conducted under the rules of PPRA and MoDP. Items being procured: - Maintenance of ARDIC Internal Sharing Server as per Appendix A to Anx A The delivery period is three months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit a photocopy of registration or pre-qualification or indexation letter issued by HIT, registration letter with government or semi-government organizations if any, attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificate, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC of CEO or Director, trade link documents between firm and OEM if applicable, a judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or a defaulter, and details of contracts or work experience with government or semi-government organizations for the last three years. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
