Maintenance Coating of Storage Tanks, Terminal Piping and Valves at PSO Keamari Terminal

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites sealed e-bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for maintenance coating works at its Keamari Terminal in Karachi. The scope includes maintenance coating of storage tanks TK-407, TK-412, TK-413, fire water tank, terminal piping, and valves. This tender requires contractors to have a valid PEC Certificate in C-5 or above category relevant to the field of specialization. Items being procured: - Maintenance coating of Storage Tanks TK-407, TK-412, TK-413 - Maintenance coating of Fire Water Tank - Maintenance coating of Terminal Piping - Maintenance coating of Valves The technical scope covers surface preparation and application of protective coatings to storage tanks and associated terminal infrastructure to ensure operational integrity and corrosion protection. The work will be carried out at PSO Keamari Terminal, Karachi. Interested bidders must submit their bids electronically via the SAP Ariba portal. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope. Bid documents will be available from 24 August 2026, 08:30 AM to 02:15 PM. The bid submission deadline is 09 September 2026 till 02:15 PM, with bid opening starting at 03:00 PM on the same day. Commercial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later as communicated. Bidders are advised to register on the SAP Ariba portal if not already registered.
