Minor and Major Maintenance, Electric and Water Supply Works, and Bazar Material Supply at Chhor Cantt

AGE (Army) Chhor invites applications from eligible contractors and firms for a range of civil, electrical, and water supply works, as well as supply of materials, at Chhor Cantt. This opportunity is open to MES-enlisted contractors in categories A, B, C, and D, as well as experienced firms not on the MES approved list who can demonstrate relevant past performance. The works are to be executed at Chhor Cantt, under the supervision of AGE (Army) Chhor. Items being procured: - TC B&R Minor / Maintenance Works at Chhor Cantt - DC B&R Including Mud Plaster Works at Chhor Cantt - TC E&M External Electric Supply at Chhor Cantt - TC E&M Internal Electric Supply at Chhor Cantt - TC E&M External Water Supply at Chhor Cantt - TC E&M Internal Water Supply at Chhor Cantt - Bazar Supply of Material B&R Items under AGE (A) Chhor - Bazar Supply of Material E&M Items under AGE (A) Chhor The technical scope covers both minor and major building repairs, mud plastering, installation and maintenance of internal and external electric supply systems, and comprehensive water supply works. In addition, the supply of B&R (Building & Roads) and E&M (Electrical & Mechanical) materials for bazar procurement is included. Quantities and detailed specifications can be obtained from the office during working hours. Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council to be considered for issuance of tender documents. Contractors not on the MES approved list must submit a detailed statement of works executed in the last two years and those currently in hand. Earnest money and bid security requirements will apply as per standard MES and PPRA rules. The deadline for submission of applications is **11 Sep 2026 at 1130 hrs**, with opening at **1200 hrs** the same day. Incomplete applications will not be entertained, and the accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.
