Procurement of Maintenance Services for Fire Fighting System at Karachi

The SBP BSC Head Office Karachi (General Services Department) has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2026-27. This procurement is for maintenance services of the Fire Fighting System at Karachi. The department invites bids through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on the platform for provision of Non-Consultancy Services. Items being procured: - Maintenance Services for Fire Fighting System at Karachi The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using the Principal Method of Procurement with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to Rs. 340,000/- in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. A pre-bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026 at 11:30 AM via Zoom. Prospective firms can obtain the Meeting ID and Passcode by emailing gsd.proc2@sbp.org.pk. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, September 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement and notification copy is available on the procuring agency's website and EPADS v2.0 as well as the Authority's website (www.ppra.org.pk). The bid security must be valid and submitted as per the prescribed formats.
