Tender Description
The District Council Rawalpindi invites bids from approved contractors for the current Financial Year 2026-2027 under an M&R scheme on item rate basis through the EP system as per PPRA rules. The works involve rehabilitation and construction of retaining walls, boundary walls, link roads, and road rehabilitation in various locations within Rawalpindi District.
Items being procured:
- Rehabilitation of Retaining Wall Sharki Qazian UC Qazian Tehsil Gujar Khan
- Rehabilitation of Street from Darya Gali Bazar towards Nizamia Islamic Center UC Darya Gali Tehsil Murree
- Construction of Boundary Wall Graveyard at Village Bhangali Gujar Tehsil Gujar Khan
- Rehabilitation of Link Road Village Bhadana UC Thatha Khalil Tehsil Taxila District Council Rawalpindi
- Rehabilitation of Road from House Malik Arsalan Multi Towards Village Chok UC Thatha Khalil Tehsil Taxila District Council Rawalpindi
These works require contractors to quote item-wise rates as per PPRA rules. The contractor quoting lowest tender rates more than 5% below the estimated cost must deposit performance security within 15 days of issuance of notice. Failure to deposit the required amount will result in forfeiture of 5% earnest money and re-tendering. Installation of caution boards at the site for prevention against human, animal, and financial loss is the contractor's responsibility.
Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website and EP system. Bids must be submitted on the EP system from the date of publication. Technical and financial bids will be opened on 04-11-2026 at 02:00 PM in the office of District Council Rawalpindi in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.
Eligibility includes being an approved contractor for the financial year 2026-2027 with valid registration and earnest money as specified. Interested bidders should carefully review the tender documents on the PPRA and EP websites.
